Where and how will a Roman Catholic monarch emerge? Whilst I broadly share your monarchical positions, I don't see your dream occurring anytime in the near future. The vast majority of people in the white Anglosphere no longer identify as Christian (never mind classing themselves as Roman Catholic), meaning they would be hostile to any such proposal.

Similarly, the British Online Right's desire for 'mass deportations' is also a policy that has no chance of being realistically implemented in the near future, especially in regards to legal citizens of a non-native background.

Even though they are a despised generation online, Baby Boomers are more likely to identify themselves as being 'Christian' compared to successive generations who freely admit on census forms to having 'no religion'. As the post-war generation slowly disappears over the next few decades, Christianity and 'politically incorrect' positions held by them will also lose relevance.

''Only 8.8% of 22.2 million people who reported “No religion” in 2021 were aged 65 years and over (compared with 18.6% of the overall population). Most people who responded this way (91.2%) were aged under 65 years; this is compared with 81.4% of the overall population across England and Wales in this age group. ''

This illustrative graph shows the relation between 'Christianity' and those identifying as 'No religion' by age:

My understanding is the original left-right divide however emerged from the Right side of the French legislative chambers being Pro-Catholic Monarchy and the Left being athiest commie head-choppers.
